In my mid 40s my sister in law introduced me to Strengthtime. At the time, I was out of shape, had fairly substantial back problems and had trouble finding an exercise program that worked for me. Now I rarely have back trouble, I am more physically fit than I have ever been, and feel part of a great community. When I first started at Strengthtime, I had to push myself to get up before 6 am to fit the work out into my schedule. Within 3 months I was eagerly looking forward to the days of the week when I worked out. (And now I work out at 5 am!) Along with my ability to lift heavier and heavier weights came a huge increase in my mental strength and competitive spirit! Thank you to all my trainers!
